This “Peace Statue” keeps praying for the world peace, standing on the base of the “Prayer Stones” collected by through the cooperation of 45 countries all over the world.
It keeps praying for peace for people all over the world beyond transcending nationality, and so it is independent from of any particular religion.
Since this “Peace Statue” of children stands uniquely facing the north, which is believed in Japan to be the unlucky direction in the country, it is said that the statue drives bad luck away from people who pray for peace.

A pair of the “Prayer Stones” are introduced from the collection every month.
* Actual stones and detailed explanation ofn them can be seen on the 24th of every month, when the main temple building of the “Peace Statue” is opened to the public.

The main temple building is open to public on the 24th of every month.
Lesson to copy sutra and activities to transmit ideas and enlighten people about peace are held.
